We always make contact by an introductory letter and a follow up phone call. If more contact is required we pursue with further correspondence as required.

How confident can we be that you will not upset our customer relationship?

We adapt our collection style accordingly and our ethos is to act professionally and ethically at all times.

How are customer payments processed?

We request that your customers pay into our dedicated client bank account and will be processed in line with our customer contract.

What happens if our customers refuse to pay?

If the customer fails to make contact, our collection service is up to final demand stage, at which point we will refer the account back to our client to pursue via other means.

If the customer disputes the overdue invoices we will request confirmation in writing and pass back to our client to resolve before resuming collection activity.

What are your fees?

Our charges are dependent upon volume, value and ageing of overdue invoices and will be outlined in our customer contract.
